It is advised to practice regularly one or twice per week to optimize its training and to achieve its goals. The association of a private class with a semi-private class or a group mat class is perfect to progress and get durable results.

Within the privates and semi-privates classes, you will practice on the totality of the machines and equipment specific to the Pilates method.

Do not hesitate to consult the detail of the various formulas!

 

 

Conditions:

Considering the number of limited places, it is recommended to reserve classes advance. Your class must be cancelled at least 48h in advance. All the packages are valid 2 or 3 months, and is non refundable. Accepted payments methods: Checks and cash. A medical certificate established by a doctor will have to be given as soon as possible. The non-presentation of this document would discharge SOPILATES from any responsibility.
